Profile Overview
The Real Asset Data Analyst will be part of MSCI’s Real Assets Data Team, contributing to the analysis and benchmarking of real estate performance. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance data quality and deliver bespoke analytics tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively within a team of real estate performance analysts.
- Provide insights through real estate direct property indexes, benchmarks, and performance analysis reports.
- Monitor news and data sources for commercial real estate transactions.
- Manage client or fund portfolios and address related queries.
- Deliver customized analysis based on client requests while adhering to data methodologies.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with global teams and market experts.
- Participate in assigned projects, meeting milestones efficiently.
- Initiate and support process improvement initiatives to enhance workflows.
- Apply problem-solving skills to introduce innovative efficiencies in processes.
Key Skills:
- Strong foundational knowledge in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with VBA or Python is a plus.
- Fluency in a foreign language is desirable but not mandatory.
