Profile Overview:
The Product Analyst position involves supporting the Product Team by maintaining and enhancing existing products and developing new ones.
The role demands strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
1 – 2 years of experience in data analytics using tools such as SQL and Excel (can be personal project related experience too)
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies for developing user stories, technical requirements, and test plans.
Skills:
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Proven ability to work across different time zones with global teams.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience:
Background in product development, management, or operations.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical commercialization, market access, or analytics consulting.
Knowledge:
Expertise in US healthcare datasets, including payer and provider information.
Tools:
Proficiency in platforms such as Snowflake, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Aha!, Power BI, Power Query, and Retool.
Education:
Master’s degree or MBA/PGDM or equivalent in relevant disciplines.
