Profile Overview:
- The Data Analyst I plays a pivotal role in supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts within the organization.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in statistical analysis, database management, or related field
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in data analysis or customer resource management systems
- Skills:

Responsibilities:

- Data Validation:
- Review prescription data from various sources and compare it to hospital medical records to verify 340B eligibility
- Ensure prescriber eligibility for outpatient and contract pharmacy data
- Billing Review:
- Analyze third-party billing data for 340B prescriptions
- Validate Medicaid Fee-for-Service, Medicaid Managed Care, and ADAP submissions for accuracy
- Auditing and Reporting:
- Manage and track 340B auditing results
- Report inconsistencies and adverse findings to the 340B Director
- Inventory Management:
- Assist with onsite drug replenishment orders and shipments
- Maintain timely and accurate inventory management records

- Utilize statistical techniques to interpret data
- Design ad-hoc reports based on collected data requirements

- Salary Range: $44,419.00 - $62,186.00 per year
