Qualifications:
Required:
MBA or Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
0-30 months of experience in analytics or big data projects.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Innovative mindset with the ability to independently address complex, unstructured challenges.
Familiarity with integrating cross-functional business partners worldwide.
Proficiency in tools and techniques such as:
Programming: SAS, R, Python, Hive, Spark, SQL
Machine Learning: Active learning, transfer learning, neural models, decision trees, reinforcement learning, Bayesian models, and MapReduce techniques.
Preferred:
Expertise in coding, algorithm development, and high-performance computing.
