Profile Overview
- As a Junior Data Analyst, you will join STOXX's Global Data Operations team, headquartered in Mumbai.
- This role involves handling data and research across various markets under STOXX's four pillars:
- Core (Individual): Includes tasks such as managing master data and employment history.
- Core (Company): Focuses on board of directors, shareholder rights, stock details, and audit findings.
- Compensation: Encompasses analyzing burn rates, dilution, say-on-pay policies, and equity plan proposals.
- Pay: Involves monitoring the compensation and grants received by top executives.
- The role is ideal for professionals based in Mumbai with a keen interest in data collection and research.

Qualifications
- Mandatory Education:

- Escalate issues involving data interpretation when necessary.
- Quality Assurance:
- Follow established work process standards to ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for identified data issues and recommend solutions.
- Documentation:
- Update internal documents to monitor performance metrics.
- Maintain proper paper and electronic records as per company and client retention policies.
