As a Data Scientist specializing in Artificial Intelligence, you will be part of IBM Consulting through its prestigious Associate Program, designed for recent university graduates.
You will engage with diverse clients across industries, helping them solve complex business challenges by leveraging cutting-edge technologies, AI frameworks, and advanced data analytics.
Your role will involve working on IBM’s hybrid cloud and AI initiatives, enabling clients to accelerate their digital transformation and derive meaningful insights from data.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers, consultants, and business strategists, will be key to delivering impactful solutions.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree preferred
Technical Skills:

- Familiarity with libraries such as SciKit Learn, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms.
- Experience with COBOL and Java is a plus.
- Exposure to PySpark and big data technologies is advantageous.
Professional Expertise:
- Ability to develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate AI solutions.
- Experience in refactoring and rewriting code from one language to another, particularly COBOL to Java.
- Proficiency in documenting solution architectures and implementation strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from large datasets.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
