Profile Overview:
This internship offers an opportunity to work within the Customer and Marketing Analytics domain, encompassing Loyalty & Campaign Measurement, Media Measurement, Customer Insights, and Product - Measurement & UAT.
The role requires a combination of technical knowledge, business understanding, and analytical capabilities to generate actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
The intern will collaborate with senior team members and stakeholders to support data-driven marketing initiatives, ensuring that strategic decisions are backed by strong analytical foundations.
Responsibilities include handling structured analytical tasks, managing data sources, and contributing to the evaluation of marketing strategies through measurement frameworks.
The position provides exposure to real-world business challenges and allows interns to develop expertise in data analytics, marketing insights, and customer behavior analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytical Support:
Assist in providing analytical support to various customer and marketing functions.
Develop structured approaches to business problems, ensuring well-defined project plans, scopes, and timelines.
Conduct in-depth analysis and deliver insights that contribute to strategic marketing decisions.
Insight Generation:
Synthesize analytical findings into clear, impactful themes that business leaders can leverage.
Extract meaningful insights from diverse data sources, both internal and external.
Ensure the implementation of effective measurement frameworks to track and assess analytical initiatives.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with internal development teams to test, deploy, and optimize tracking solutions.
Engage with key stakeholders, ensuring a balance between rapid request turnaround and analytical depth.
Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
Background in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Power BI, GCP, Looker, or other analytical tools.
Hands-on experience working with large datasets, data visualization, and data analytics.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while handling tight deadlines and quick turnaround requirements.
