Profile Overview:
Loyalytics is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Data Scientist with 0-2 years of experience to join its innovative analytics team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Python, SQL, and Power BI, with a passion for leveraging data science and advanced analytics to address complex business challenges.
The role involves working on data-driven solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to impactful decision-making.
Prior experience or a keen interest in the retail industry is highly desirable, as the role entails working on solutions tailored for major retail clients.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data science techniques to extract valuable insights from large datasets.

Responsibilities:
Analyze business problems and develop data science-driven solutions to address key challenges.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities for business improvements.
Develop and implement machine learning models and statistical techniques to solve real-world problems.
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and extract actionable insights from large datasets.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering and Product Development, to deploy models and monitor their performance.
Design and develop algorithms for customer segmentation, propensity modeling, and targeted marketing strategies.
Apply analytical methods to solve problems related to pricing optimization, promotions, customer lifetime value (CLTV), and more.
Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies in data science and analytics.
Document processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure clarity and reproducibility of results.
Operate within an Agile development framework to ensure efficient and timely delivery of data solutions.
Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
Strong SQL skills to query, process, and analyze large datasets efficiently.
Experience with Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence reporting.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach.
Solid understanding of statistical concepts, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics methodologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of PySpark and Databricks for large-scale data processing.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and architecture, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with project management tools like Click Up or similar platforms.
Exposure to additional data visualization tools beyond Power BI.
Previous experience in retail analytics or a strong interest in solving retail business challenges.
