Primary Responsibilities:

Extract, compile, and interpret data from multiple sources, including HR systems, payroll records, employee surveys, exit interviews, government labor statistics, and competitive market trends.
Facilitate the creation of decision-making aids and business case analyses that provide actionable insights to leadership teams.
Leverage data-driven techniques to enhance people analytics processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce retention strategies.
Continuously identify and implement process improvement initiatives by consulting with business leaders and optimizing data utilization.
Manage ad hoc and standardized reporting requests received through service platforms like ServiceNow.
Train HR professionals and reporting teams on data analytics techniques, dashboard functionalities, and workforce reporting best practices.
Work within an Agile methodology framework, utilizing project management tools such as Swift Kanban for efficient workflow execution.
Ensure adherence to all company policies, employment contracts, and compliance frameworks, adapting to organizational changes as required.
Qualifications:
A graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools or data visualization platforms, preferably Domo or Power BI.
Prior experience in People Analytics, Talent Analytics, or HR-centric data analytics is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of HR metrics and workforce analytics, including hiring costs, time-to-fill, employee retention rates, and performance evaluation indicators.
Familiarity with HR data governance practices, approval workflows, and best practices for secure data sharing.
Expertise in data transformation techniques, data validation, and data quality assurance methodologies.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create dynamic reports and presentations.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, adapting to evolving business needs and project demands.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to comprehend business requirements and deliver customized data-driven solutions.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Experience working in Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.
