Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry benchmarks and assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Work with data sets related to campaign performance, audience demographics, and social media engagement to develop performance reports.
  • Assist in tracking and measuring the success of influencer campaigns by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).

Strategy Development & Process Improvement:

  • Support the development of business models and workflows aimed at improving influencer marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams to design innovative solutions for campaign planning and execution.
  • Assist in identifying areas for operational improvement and contribute to optimizing business processes.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing initiatives.

  • Support the analysis of influencer performance data to identify top-performing content strategies.
  • Develop insights-based recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns and improving influencer collaborations.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong academic background with an interest in data analysis, market research, and business strategy.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello is an added advantage.
