Profile Overview:
The AI/ML Engineer at HealthLink Dimensions will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for healthcare-related applications.
This role requires a combination of expertise in Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), Data Science, Large Language Models (LLMs), and software engineering principles to enhance data-driven decision-making.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying machine learning models tailored to the company’s products and customer needs.
The engineer will contribute to ensuring scalable, efficient, and high-performing ML solutions that integrate seamlessly into the production environment.
A successful candidate should possess a strong understanding of various machine learning techniques, be adept at working with structured and unstructured data, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Experience in building and deploying production-grade AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and OpenAI.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, NLP, and prompt engineering.
Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks and agent-based workflows.
Hands-on experience with AI model deployment, monitoring, and optimization using platforms like LangChain and Hugging Face.
Strong software engineering skills, including expertise in SQL, Agile methodologies, UX design, and cloud architecture.
Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Basic project management skills for planning, executing, and delivering data science projects efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Research & Development:
Conduct research and development of AI/ML projects that contribute to product innovation and customer solutions.
Develop and implement machine learning models that address specific challenges, such as anomaly detection and predictive analytics.
Model Training & Optimization:
Train and fine-tune machine learning models for optimal accuracy and performance.
Apply best practices in MLOps, LLMOps, and data science methodologies to enhance efficiency.
Monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain reliability and accuracy.
Software Engineering & Data Analysis:
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.
Work with structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and insights for automation and decision-making.
Ensure the deployment of scalable AI solutions in production environments.
Collaboration & Compliance:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts.
Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations and industry best practices.
Implement security and privacy measures for handling sensitive healthcare data.
