Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data science techniques.
- Proficiency in statistical methods such as regression, classification, cluster analysis, dimensional reduction, and advanced algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with classical techniques (e.g., PCA, linear regression) as well as modern approaches (e.g., boosted trees, t-SNE) and the ability to evaluate and apply the appropriate methodology based on business needs.
- Advanced programming skills, with demonstrated competence in R, Python, and Git.
- Additional experience in SAS, R Shiny, Angular, Databricks, Spark, Docker, or Kubernetes is considered a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex statistical concepts into simple, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively and deliver high-quality solutions within given timelines.
