Profile Overview:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and development teams.
The role involves working closely with various teams to facilitate process improvements and provide insights that drive product and business strategy.
Responsibilities include defining functional specifications, documenting user stories, and supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle.

The position requires a proactive approach in identifying opportunities for process enhancement and ensuring that key business and product KPIs are met.
Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis and Documentation:
Analyze and document current business processes (As-Is) and future state processes (To-Be) using the Global Process Structure (GPS) methodology.
Capture, translate, and document stakeholder business needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional requirements.
Ensure that requirements are well-structured and mapped to business and product KPIs, incorporating measurement mechanisms where needed.
Work with development teams to design and implement tracking mechanisms for business performance metrics.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Facilitation:
Organize and conduct stakeholder workshops to gather and refine business requirements.
Serve as a liaison between business teams, product managers, and development teams to ensure alignment in objectives.
Assist product managers in refining the global processes that the product supports, providing data-driven recommendations.
Product Development and Testing Support:
Provide clear and comprehensive user stories and requirements for the development teams.
Support solution design in collaboration with development teams, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Assist in rolling out newly developed products by preparing comprehensive training materials and documentation.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and work with stakeholders to validate developed functionalities before implementation.
Post-Implementation Support and Continuous Improvement:
Provide ongoing support post go-live, addressing issues and identifying areas for enhancement.
Collect feedback from users to create new user stories for future iterations and improvements.
Act as a backup for the Product Manager or Scrum Master as needed.
Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements relevant to the role.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business process improvement.
Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and user story documentation.
Ability to integrate multiple systems and align the needs of different teams.
Proficiency in facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders across various levels.
Familiarity with Global Process Structure (GPS) or similar business process methodologies.
Hands-on experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and product validation.
Understanding of data measurement principles and the ability to propose process improvements based on insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices is a plus.
