Role Summary:
As a Data Analyst II at Walmart Global Tech, you will play a critical role in analyzing, maintaining, and presenting key operational metrics to ensure seamless business operations. Your analytical insights will help identify opportunities for process improvement, increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Analyze business data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

Maintain and update an accurate agent database covering all stages of employment (hiring, training, nesting, and production).

Create and monitor Agent Scorecards to track performance KPIs.

Generate accurate payroll-related reports and maintain an attrition dashboard to assess workforce trends.

Establish strong relationships with team managers and stakeholders by demonstrating an in-depth understanding of business challenges.

Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
