Profile Overview 

The Data Analyst II role at Walmart Global Tech India is designed for individuals passionate about using data to drive decision-making and business improvements. This role requires an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and expertise in data visualization and reporting. As part of the Contact Center Business Excellence (CBE) team, the Data Analyst II will play a critical role in managing and analyzing operational data, maintaining agent scorecards, and generating business insights to enhance performance.

The primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining reports on operational metrics, creating accurate agent databases, and generating periodic and ad hoc reports. The role also involves analyzing business information to identify areas for process improvements, maintaining payroll-related details, and providing actionable insights to the management team.
