Key Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports that inform management about performance metrics and trends.

Analyze internal data related to rate structures, customer segments, and market performance, drawing actionable insights for the Product and Pricing Group.

Use Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other data tools to manage, visualize, and report on complex datasets.

Support the Interest Rate Committee by managing approval processes and compiling relevant information for review.

Provide detailed summaries and data presentations to Senior Management to aid in strategic decision-making.

Liaise with departments such as IT, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align reporting standards and data definitions.

Help streamline processes related to data retrieval and reporting to ensure timely, error-free outputs.

Tackle one-off data requests and investigative analyses that contribute to short- and long-term business goals.
Collaboration and Communication:

Build positive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that data is properly interpreted and used for business planning.

Translate complex data into clear visualizations and business narratives that help non-technical audiences understand key trends.
